The Leadership Development & training programs currently offered are:

Prestige Business Essentials (PBE)

The Prestige Business Essentials program will enable participants to learn tools and techniques to improve business practices.

Clients have the opportunity to apply the concepts on their own to their business situations and improve their performance, in a cumulative way.

Prestige Business Focus (PBF)

The Prestige Business Focus program will enable participants to learn the fundamentals of business success, relevant tools and proven techniques to improve business practices and overall performance. Through the power of leveraging, participants will learn how to multiply their outcome with the resources available to them. This results driven program focuses on 3 pillars of leadership and their associated topics.

Prestige Peak Performance (PPP)

The Prestige Peak Performance program is designed for businesses aiming for peak performance in their business growth, effectiveness and productivity. This intensive and action driven program will enable participants to upgrade their leadership skills and achieve their goals faster through effective strategies, planning and execution. They will learn the fundamentals of business success, relevant tools and proven techniques to improve business practices and accelerate growth.

Prestige Operational Effectiveness (POE)

The Prestige Operational Effectiveness program is completed over a period of 10 to 12 months and is designed for businesses aiming to improve their operational effectiveness and abilities to execute on their goals or corporate mandates.

Prestige Leadership workshops for Micro Business (PLW-M), Levels I-IV

This unique and highly effective micro-business leadership program is not offered anywhere else in Canada. The “Prestige Leadership Workshops For Micro Business” program is designed for businesses who intend to train a group of 2 to 5 employees on quarterly basis over a 12 months period. Training includes upgrading the employees’ skills in up to 16 competencies. The program occurs with the same group of participants over a period of 12 months. It provides continuity, fosters accountability and nurtures high performance team culture for maximum results, in a micro-business setting.

Prestige Leadership workshops for Corporations (PLW-C), Levels I-IV

This unique and highly effective leadership program is not offered anywhere else in Canada. The “Prestige Leadership Workshops for Corporations” are designed for businesses who intend to train a group of 6 to 12 employees on quarterly basis over a 12 months’ period. Training includes upgrading the employees’ skills in up to 16 competencies. The program occurs with the same group of participants over a period of 12 months. It provides continuity, fosters accountability and nurtures high performance team culture for maximum results, in a corporate setting.

Prestige Leadership for Partners (PLP)

The Prestige Leadership for Partners program is designed for two partners in business (i.e. Partnerships, Professional Firms and LLPs) who are aiming to optimize their business results, effectiveness, productivity and growth. This intensive and action driven program will enable participants to upgrade their leadership skills while improving their business performance through effective alignment of strategies, planning and execution.

Prestige Leadership Success (PLS)

The Prestige Leadership Success program is completed over a period of 11 to 12 months and is designed for businesses aiming to improve their leadership skills and achieve competitive advantage through improved communication, driving greater operational effectiveness and excelling the quality of deliverables.
